We cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and her team at the downtown Greenville WoofGang location. We use them for both our personal dogs and many of the foster dogs who come through our rescue, and they have consistently gone above and beyond. They’ve worked through some of the most neglected, compacted, and downright gnarly coats we’ve ever encountered without immediately resorting to shaving the dog. One of the best examples is our 150 pound Great Pyrenees, Yeti. When he came into rescue, he had feces packed throughout his coat, and we genuinely thought there was no way around shaving him. Instead, Stephanie and her team spent FOUR HOURS washing, conditioning, and patiently working through his coat over and over again. When we picked him up, we could not believe we were looking at the same dog. That level of patience, knowledge, and respect for the dog’s coat is exactly why we trust this crew so much. They understand that grooming isn’t just about making a dog look good—it’s about doing what is best for the dog and taking the time to do it correctly. We trust Stephanie and her team with everything, and we are incredibly grateful to have them here in Greenville. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough.

I have been taking Noelle to be groomed for a year. I take her every three months. The ladies are always very friendly and they work in harmony which makes it very pleasant. Noelle always comes out looking great and she gets a lots of compliments.

Take our 1.5 year old German shepherd for her first grooming place experience and it was wonderful! She had a great time. The staff are so kind and very helpful answering my questions ahead of time being a “new parent” lol. They did a great job with her even though she sometimes gives a little “attitude” getting her nails done. Prices are reasonable for a downtown grooming place. It’s in a great location and they have a very nice inside. Definitely would recommend to others

By far the best dog grooming in all of the upstate!!! We've taken our two pups to a couple different groomers over the years but Stephanie and her team are truly 5 star and beyond. Every interaction we've had with the staff has been delightful and we feel so comfortable trusting our fur babies to them
